The passing of Wendy Indra, the father of Gilang Dirga, left a deep wound not only for his children but also for his grandson, Gin Dirga. The little boy was known to have a very close relationship with his grandfather, whom he affectionately called "Unggang".

Throughout this time, the late Wendy Indra was known to pamper his grandson. In fact, almost every day he made time to contact Gin via video call. Their closeness often made Gilang and Adiesty feel "left out" during family gatherings.

"He likes to play with Gin. So this is really true, every few days there must be a call from Gin, a video call like that," said Gilang Dirga.

Adiesty Faza recounted how often they spend time together because their houses are close. In a week, they can meet at least three times. In those moments, Gin and his partner seem to have their own world that is undisturbed by others.

"When we are having a family gathering, which happens quite often at least three times a week because their houses are close, sometimes when we gather, Gin is just alone with his partner. It's like they have their own life, while we are chatting, they are together," said Adiesty.

Although Gin is still very young and does not fully understand the concept of death, the sense of loss is still clearly apparent. Adiesty revealed that their son cried hysterically when he saw his grandfather's body for the last time before the burial.

Until now, Gin still often looks for his grandfather. Gilang and Adiesty are slowly explaining to their child that his grandfather is in a better place and hope that they can reunite in heaven someday.

"Looking for him. Even just earlier he was still discussing it. But we always explain that Unggang has passed away, and we will meet again in heaven, insyaallah," explained Adiesty Faza.
