Not only did he bring his case to the State Institution, LPAI, Happy also filed a police report at the South Jakarta Metro Police with allegations of neglect and discrimination against the child.

Currently, Happy's report against the father of YouTuber Atta Halilintar is still being processed by the police. According to Halilintar's legal representative, Rhaditya Putra Perdana, both parties have actually conducted mediation before.

"We have already done mediation. I met with the opposing party's representative at my house. The purpose of the meeting is to build consensus and family harmony, because that is the message from my client. Respect, obey, and go through this legal process that exists," said Rhaditya in Jakarta, on Saturday (31/10/2020).

However, the mediation at that time did not produce a common ground. There was one point, said Rhaditya through an illustration that made the mediation not reach the word 'mufakat'.

"Let me give you a little illustration. Someone came to the neighborhood head's house to apologize and intended to find a solution, what solution? Consensus. If we, as Muslims, have 'tabayun'. But this person, together with the neighborhood head, wants to mediate that they feel there is too much commercialism here. So this peace has not reached the word 'mufakat'. That's my illustration," he said.

2. There is a Big Fortress

Rhaditya also said that there is currently a big fortress that hinders the relationship between his client and the child. However, according to Rhaditya, his client has built good communication so far.

"If this child wants to meet, we also want to meet. But this child is still under the control of the mother, the custody is still with the mother. We are limited to meeting the child," he said.
