Kapanlagi.com - The South Jakarta Religious Court has determined that musician Aldi Bragi must fulfill his obligations after divorcing Ririn Dwi Aryanti. This relates to the mut'ah and iddah money that must be given by Aldi.
"The petitioner is sentenced to provide alimony during the iddah period amounting to Rp 30 million. And also mut'ah amounting to Rp 20 million," said Taslimah, Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, on Thursday (30/12).
Ririn Dwi Aryanti is grateful, although Aldi filed for divorce in court, the court decided that the custody of their three children falls on her.
"Custody of the children is granted, regarding iddah and mut'ah alimony, the panel of judges has ordered it to be given," said Riri Purbasari, Ririn's legal representative after the trial.
Meanwhile, regarding the joint assets, Ririn and Aldi are said to have reached an agreement that they have agreed upon.
"There has been a mutual agreement, of course it requires legal steps," he concluded.
