"Today is the scheduled decision on the child custody ruling. The trial is e-court (electronic), but it hasn't been released from the court yet, the results haven't been sent to us," said Yanti Nurdin at a virtual press conference on Tuesday (23/12/2025).

This custody ruling is very crucial for Aura Kasih to manage various legal documents for her child. Especially as a single parent, Aura needs a permanent legal authority to make important decisions related to international needs and her child's education.

The legal representative explained that this ruling is not just about status, but has practical functions for bureaucratic matters. Without an official custody letter, Aura will face difficulties in managing permits involving government agencies and educational institutions.

"Yesterday we were managing the application for child guardianship. This is to take care of documents, Miss. Such as visas, immigration matters if we want to go abroad, school, and others," explained Yanti Nurdin.

Aura Kasih was not present in court in person because the trial system was conducted online. Currently, Aura is known to be out of town to spend her free time amidst her busy work schedule.
