This is What the Police Say About Alleged Negligence by Tamara Tyasmara Because She Entrusted Her Child

Kapanlagi.com - The police are still investigating the case of the alleged death of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante, after swimming. Dante died on January 27, 2024, after drowning while swimming in the Pondok Kelapa swimming pool area, East Jakarta.

When asked if there was any negligence on the part of Tamara Tyasmara for entrusting her child to someone, who is suspected to be her lover, the police said this.

"We are still investigating, we will check again later," said the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Commissioner Ade Ary Syam Indradi at his office on Thursday (8/2/2024).

1. Already Obtained CCTV Recordings

Unfortunately, the police have not yet disclosed the CCTV footage that has been secured at the scene. However, it has been confirmed that the video recording is genuine and has not been tampered with.

"Based on the initial digital forensic examination of the available CCTV footage, the video is declared authentic without any edits," said Ade Ary Syam Indradi.

2. Announce Investigation Results Soon

In the near future, the police will announce the results of the ongoing investigation, including whether there is a possibility of negligence on Tamara Tyasmara's part in Dante's death.

"If there are any updates, we will inform you," Ade Ary Syam Indradi concluded.

Previously, the police had conducted an autopsy on Dante's body at TPU Jeruk Purut, Cilandak, South Jakarta.

The exhumation autopsy process of Dante's body was carried out by the Jatanras Polda Metro Jaya investigators together with the forensic medical team from Mabes Polri, in order to determine Dante's cause of death.
