Kapanlagi.com - A unique story comes from the world of anime that becomes reality. A Japanese YouTuber named Tasuke has successfully completed an extreme challenge by following Saitama's training method from ONE PUNCH MAN.
What makes it even crazier is that this training was done every day without a break for a full three years. His physical transformation went viral and left many people in disbelief.
In fact, this achievement even caught the attention of the creator of ONE PUNCH MAN, who responded directly to this daring act.

In the anime ONE PUNCH MAN, Saitama is known to be super strong thanks to a simple yet extreme workout: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and running 10 km every day.
Many fans consider this workout just a gimmick or a typical anime joke. However, Tasuke has proven that this method can be done in the real world, albeit with extraordinary effort.
He started this challenge in April 2023 at the age of 41, aiming to complete it without missing a day for three full years. As a result, he successfully reached the finish line after 1,096 consecutive days.

During this challenge, Tasuke recorded truly remarkable numbers. He has completed over 100,000 repetitions of each push-up, sit-up, and squat, as well as covering a running distance of more than 10,000 miles.
His physical transformation is also very noticeable. His body has become leaner, muscles have formed, and his endurance has drastically increased. This has left many people amazed and in disbelief.
However, this journey was not easy. Tasuke admitted to experiencing various injuries such as damaged toenails, pain, and even accidents. Nevertheless, he remained consistent in continuing his workouts without stopping.

Tasuke's achievement finally caught the attention of the ONE PUNCH MAN creator, ONE. He even gave a comment that went viral on social media.
"Someone did it again... amazing... I mean, thank you" wrote ONE. This reaction shows that even the creator was impressed by the dedication shown by Tasuke.
Tasuke himself also joked about one thing that was different from Saitama. He does not experience baldness like the character, so he thinks there’s no need to redo the challenge from the beginning.
