Three Celebrity Couples Attend Divorce Hearings at the Same Time, All Parties Represented by Lawyers

Second, Jonathan Frizzy alias Ijonk and his wife, Dhena Devenka. And third, Aldi Bragi and his wife, Ririn Dwi Aryanti.

Out of the three couples, only one artist attended a divorce hearing with the agenda of listening to witness testimonies, namely Ferry Irawan and Anggia Novita. Meanwhile, Ijonk and Dhena, as well as Alda and Ririn, both attended their first hearings with the agenda of examining document preparations from both parties.

However, out of the three celebrity couples attending divorce hearings, none of them were present in court. The three artist couples were represented by their legal representatives. Ferry Irawan did not attend the hearing due to his poor health condition.

"If it's a matter of principle, it's okay if they don't attend because they have authorized their legal representatives who are responsible for the proceedings. So the clients don't need to come, both the plaintiff and the defendant," said Lapana Saragih.

1. Absent Due to Work

Then the couple Aldi Bragi and his husband, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti, were also absent from the trial. According to Ririn Dwi Ariyanti's lawyer, Riri Purbasari Dewi, her client did not attend the trial because she had work.

"Yes, Ririn is indeed shooting today, so she cannot be there for Aldi, maybe you can ask (her lawyer). That is also the main issue, we will see. But basically, we both submitted it together," said Riri Purbasari Dewi.

In the same place, Aldi's lawyer, Fajar Reyhan Apriansyah, did not mention the reason why his client did not attend the trial. "If the request from the panel earlier was for both parties to attend. We will try to bring the principal," said Fajar.

Meanwhile, the couple Jonathan Frizzy, also known as Ijonk, and his wife, Dhena Devenka, who were undergoing their first divorce trial, were also absent from the trial. According to Ijonk's lawyer, Sinarta Bangun, his client did not attend the trial due to illness.

"According to the first mediation, Ijonk was supposed to come. But he had to go to the hospital. He carried out the procedure according to the applicable law. He said he was sick and undergoing treatment. There was a courier who delivered the letter," said Sinarta Bangun.

2. Only File Inspection

Meanwhile, Dhena's lawyer, Risyad Rusdi, has his own reasons why his client did not attend the first divorce hearing. According to him, his client is allowed to not attend the first hearing. Considering that this time's hearing only involves file inspection. What's important is that his client is required to attend the next hearing, which is scheduled for mediation.

"The agenda is the inspection of the lawsuit filed by our lawyers. The reason (for Dhena's absence) is because it's only a case inspection, so it's optional to attend or not, but for the subsequent mediation, (she) must attend," said Risyad.
