Three Years of Marriage, Cinta Penelope Files for Divorce from Husband

Kapanlagi.com - After three years of building a household, artist Princess Cinta Penelope, also known as Cinta Penelope, has filed for divorce from her husband, Taha Gokhan Arikan, at the South Jakarta Religious Court on July 3, 2023. Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, stated that Cinta Penelope filed for divorce through e-Court.

"The name is indeed registered in the South Jakarta civil registry on Monday, July 3, 2023," said Taslimah at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (5/7/2023).

"The one filing the lawsuit is Princess Cinta Penelope bin Yogi Rasim. The plaintiff filed the electronic lawsuit or e-Court represented by her legal counsel with case number 2280/Pdt.P/2023/PA.JS," she added.

It is known that Cinta Penelope got married for the sixth time on March 6, 2020. She was proposed to by Taha and the wedding was held privately.

Taslimah did not reveal the reason why Cinta Penelope filed for divorce from her husband. What is clear is that the reason is stated in the lawsuit.

"But we cannot specifically disclose it because it has just been registered and that is the only information we can provide," she said.

Taslimah said that the first divorce hearing for Cinta and Taha will be held on July 18, 2023. Taslimah stated that the court will make efforts to ensure that both parties are present at the first hearing.

"The first hearing is on July 18, 2023. The plaintiff and defendant will be present, and if they are present, advisors will be called for clear mediation," concluded Taslimah.
