Tina Toon Admits Working from Home is Not as Easy as Imagined

Kapanlagi.com - The Jakarta Provincial Government has once again implemented Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) to reduce the number of people exposed to Covid-19. As a good citizen and a singer as well as a member of the People's Representative Council, Tina Toon supports this decision.

"If since March 16th the appeal has been to stay at home, then I stay at home. But it is mandatory to go to the office, and also to go to the field if necessary, if it's not possible to do it by zoom or whatsapp, then I will really go out and still apply health protocols," said Tina Toon while talking to kapanlagi.com.

"But if not, I don't have the desire to entertain, even for shooting youtube videos I haven't dared to do it if I have to wear a face shield, so if I go out, I really wear a mask, not only when going out but also at home (wear a mask)," said Tina Toon further.

1. Virtual Gathering

Tina Toon admitted that she hasn't met up with friends and hung out for a long time. When she misses gathering, Tina chooses to do it virtually.

"When I want to catch up with friends, I use WhatsApp, Zoom, and similar platforms. I rarely leave the house for non-essential matters," explained Tina Toon.

2. Working from Home is More Difficult

However, Tina Toon acknowledged that working from home is not as easy as working in the office. Besides continuing her work, Tina also spends her time at home cooking.

"Working on something from home takes more time because coordination is more challenging. It's not possible to meet people directly," she said.

"Sometimes, Zoom meetings are not feasible due to technical difficulties with the internet connection. Additionally, when I'm at home, I cook, have quality time, and watch TikTok videos," she concluded.

3. Complying with Health Protocols
