Titiek Puspa was once diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer at the age of 73. She had to undergo treatment in Singapore to recover. Now, after being declared cancer-free, the singer of the song Kupu-Kupu Malam is even more fit as she approaches 85 years old.

Titiek Puspa was diagnosed with cervical cancer at the age of 73. At that time, she surrendered to her illness.

Even so, she changed her name three times, because her previous name was called 'a warehouse of diseases'.

Suffering from stage 3 cancer, Titiek Puspa admitted that the pain she felt was like giving birth to a child 100 times.
