The Panel of Judges of the South Jakarta Religious Court has decided the divorce case of the couple Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea, on Monday (6/6/2022). In the verdict, the Panel of Judges granted the divorce lawsuit filed by Olla Ramlan.
"Based on the plaintiff's (Olla Ramlan) lawsuit, the request for divorce from the defendant is granted," said Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Court, at her office on Monday (6/6/2022).

From the verdict, Olla Ramlan also obtained custody of the children. Meanwhile, Aufar Hutapea is obliged to pay child support for both of their children.
"Next, the child of the plaintiff falls or is under the care of the plaintiff and the costs for both children are borne by the defendant," said Taslimah.
"As well as the plaintiff's demand for mut'ah and maintenance during the idah period is granted and for the counterclaim, it is stated as rejected. That is the content of the verdict that has been read in the case," added Taslimah.
Furthermore, Taslimah explained that in this verdict there is no claim for harta gana gini mentioned by both parties.
"There is none, only that is mentioned, divorce as well as custody and child maintenance claims due to divorce," said Taslimah.
However, Aufar Hutapea's party is still given the opportunity to appeal the court's decision for the next 14 days.
"So there is a period since the decision is read, the plaintiff or defendant accepts or not for 14 days, both parties consider accepting or not," he concluded.
For information, Olla Ramlan filed for divorce against Aufar Hutapea on March 23, 2022. Olla filed for divorce at PA Jaksel through ecourt or online after ten years of marriage.
In addition to filing for divorce, Olla Ramlan also applied for custody of the child. The divorce lawsuit has been registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court on March 23, 2022, with case number 1316/ Pdt.g/2022/PA.JS.
