Tria Fainted on Stage While Singing 'Gila-gilaan', The Changcuters Had to Stop Their Performance at The Sounds Project

Kapanlagi.com - The band The Changcuters had to abruptly stop their performance while appearing at The Sounds Project held at Ecopark, Ancol, North Jakarta, on Saturday (10/8/2024). This incident occurred after their vocalist, Mohammad Tria Ramadhani, commonly known as Tria, suddenly fainted on stage.

The incident happened when The Changcuters were playing their song titled 'Gila-gilaan'. At first, Tria performed with full energy as usual, but shortly after that, he lost consciousness.

1. Immediately Provide Assistance

The music that was being played was immediately stopped, and the crew quickly moved to Tria to provide assistance. The stage lights were also turned off by the organizers in response to this incident. Gerhana Banyubiru, as the promoter of The Sounds Project, immediately made a statement on stage after the incident.

"Once again, I represent the promoter to apologize, perhaps due to health reasons, which are beyond our control," said Gerhana Banyubiru, as the promoter of The Sounds Project.

2. Request for Prayers for Tria's Recovery

Gerhana also invited all the audience to pray for Tria's recovery.

"Let’s pray together that we can all meet The Changcuters, let’s pray together that Tria recovers and of course Changcuter can greet all friends on stage," said Gerhana.

3. Apology and Thank You Message

On the other hand, Qibil, the guitarist of The Changcuters, also expressed his apologies to the audience of The Sounds Project for the incident. With an emotional voice, he also thanked the organizers for their understanding.

"I apologize everyone, thank you to TSP for your understanding, thank you," said Qibil.

"Thank you everyone, thanks," said Qibil, before leaving the stage with his colleagues.
