Tsania Marwa Finally Officially Gets Custody of Both Children

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce of Tsania Marwa and Atalarik Syach was not filled with disputes. At that time, Ata took their two children, Syarif and Shabira, with him. This certainly devastated Tsania.

The 28-year-old woman then brought this issue to court to fight for custody of her children. And after a long process, in September 2019, the court issued a decision that the children would be jointly cared for. Tsania was given custody of Shabira, while Ata was given custody of Syarif.

However, it seems that the decision did not make Tsania relieved. She did not want her two children to be separated from a young age. Therefore, the star of the soap opera Putri Yang Ditukar filed a lawsuit regarding this matter, especially because Atalarik's party was said to be very difficult to communicate with regarding parenting.

And Tsania's long wait finally paid off. The graduate of Tarumanagara University successfully won custody of her two children, Syarif and Shabira. The long wait, full of struggle and sadness, has finally been rewarded.

"After 1037 days that I went through with a broken heart, sadness, pain, priceless tears, longing, suffocation, pain and anguish, FINALLY the news that I have been hoping for, the answer to my prayers all this time has been granted by ALLAH SWT. The decision of the Child Custody Hearing at the appellate level by the West Java Religious High Court has been issued and I have been granted custody of BOTH of my children," Tsania wrote in her Instagram post.

Shortly after, Tsania uploaded a photo of herself with her two beloved children. She didn't forget to express her gratitude to various parties who have been constantly supporting her.

"I want to express my gratitude for ALL THE PRAYERS, SUPPORT, AND SPIRIT that you have given me all this time. I have been able to stay strong this far because of all of you. I am only fighting for the CHILD'S RIGHT to receive a mother's love and I am just a mother who wants to claim her RIGHT. Thank you to the West Java Religious High Court for providing justice for a mother," she continued.

"The fight is not over yet, and God willing, Mommy will always fight for both of you. I love you all with all my heart," Tsania concluded.
