Tsania Marwa Sad Ramadan Without Beloved Child

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Tsania Marwa is still determined to fight for custody of her child, which she has not fully obtained after divorcing Atalarik Syah in 2017.

In her efforts to seek justice, Tsania appeared at the Constitutional Court (MK) to testify as the petitioner in today's hearing.

In the courtroom, Tsania admitted that she felt very nervous. However, she strengthened herself with her sincere intention to be part of the effort to achieve justice for mothers in Indonesia who are experiencing similar situations to hers.

"First of all, I feel tense and scared, but I strengthen myself with the belief that my intention is solely to contribute to justice for mothers in Indonesia who are going through the same thing as me," said Tsania Marwa at the Constitutional Court Building, Central Jakarta, Monday (18/3/2024).

1. Without Agreement

Tsania revealed that currently she can only meet her children at school, and she does this on her own initiative without agreement with her ex-husband, Atalarik Syah.

"I'm not allowed, it's just my initiative to come and visit my children (at their school)," she said.

She feels sad to spend Ramadan without the presence of her children, which makes her miss the moments of suhoor and iftar that are usually experienced together like other parents.

"Sometimes it's sad during Ramadan, I want to have suhoor together, the children are growing up, breaking the fast together, teaching them fasting, tarawih, daily routines, it means a lot for the closeness between parents and children that I currently cannot have," said Tsania.

2. Short Time

The 32-year-old woman revealed how meaningful those moments were in strengthening the relationship between parents and children.

However, now Tsania only has a short time to meet her children at school, which is during a 20-minute break. The limited time makes their interaction limited as well, with brief conversations while her children are studying.

"As I said, I can only meet my children at school, and even then, it's very limited. We can only talk for a few minutes because they are studying. So, I don't know when I will meet them again because of all the limitations," she concluded.
