"She is currently being examined, reportedly taken to West Jakarta Police. I am out of town, so we don't know what's going on. It's within the authority of West Jakarta Police. If she has been declared a suspect or anything, then we can talk. Right now, she is still considered a witness," said Milano Lubis, the lawyer of Vanessa Angel when contacted by phone on Wednesday (8/4).

Vanessa Angel, who is currently heavily pregnant, is reportedly experiencing stress due to undergoing a police investigation. The news originated from a post by Bibi on Instagram, stating that Vanessa's wife is currently stressed because she is reminded of her late mother.

"Please pray for her, hopefully everything goes smoothly and easily. Vanessa is currently stressed, remembering the late. Vanessa's mother passed away while giving birth to Mayang (Vanessa's sister)," Bibi wrote on her Instagram account @bibliss, Wednesday (8/4)

2. Vanessa Angel is Fine

However, when asked about this, Milano Lubis stated that Vanessa Angel's condition is fine at the moment. But he did not deny that anyone who deals with the law will certainly experience stress.

"She's fine. Now, tell me, who doesn't feel stressed when dealing with legal issues? Don't want to be detained, but Bibi doesn't want to be detained either, but she's positive about everything. Do we not have any problems when being questioned by the police? We will definitely feel stressed. Just by looking fine, she must be stressed," said Milano Lubis.

"But society judges based on her own posts. Oh, she acts like she has no problems and laughs here and there. But when called by the police, she says she's stressed. If it endangers anything, we don't understand, only doctors know. As far as I know, the ultrasound results were good," he concluded.
