Undergoing Police Examination Regarding Alleged Document Forgery on Aska Ongi's Report, Aliff Alli: The Truth Will Be Revealed

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Aliff Alli is undergoing examination at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police related to the alleged forgery of documents based on his ex-wife's report, Aska Ongi, on Tuesday (25/1/2022). Accompanied by his legal counsel, Asgar Hasrat, the younger brother of actor Miller Khan, was bombarded with 15 questions by the investigators.

"The examination is still regarding an old case, it has been two years and Aska is still not accepting it. As law-abiding citizens, we come here, it's still the same old case. The birth certificate case from the civil registry office has actually been accepted by Aska herself. So we question what else is being blamed," said Asgar Hasrat at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police on Tuesday (25/1/2022).

Asgar did not fully explain the questions asked by the investigators to his client. What is clear is that it is still related to Aska Ongi's report regarding the alleged forgery of documents.

"Talking about it but not allowed to say what's in the BAP but still about that. We answer everything as it is according to the facts and events that have occurred," he said.

Actually, the issue of alleged forgery has been going on since May last year. Even Asgar said that the accusation made by Aska Ongi regarding the alleged forgery of documents is not true. The problem arose when Aska Ongi felt jealous because Aliff was considered to have cheated with another woman.

2. Nothing Is Forged

"So, there is no letter that we forged, none at all. It was all with Aska's consent. So we made it in May, Aska only brought it up in December after being angry seeing Aliff jealous of another woman, and only in January (reported it to the police)," he said.

"So, after one and a half years, he only brought it up now. I just want to say that Mr. Alif is the most loyal person to his partner, as far as we know. So it's impossible for that to happen. So, Mrs. Aska doesn't need to bring this personally to an institution or department or even to the general public," Asgar added.

3. Not Bothered

Meanwhile, Aliff himself is not bothered by the report from his ex-wife. What is clear is that he admits he will always be cooperative and follow the applicable legal process.

4. The Truth Will Be Revealed

"Yes, what's important is that I am cooperative. So, in this matter, I definitely appreciate it. I have been in contact with the law since the beginning, even though I have been slandered from all sides, it doesn't matter. Because the truth will be revealed," said Aliff.
