Story goes, Donita and her husband were recently invited as guests on the program Tonight Show. On that occasion, Vincent and Desta as the hosts revealed the fact that Donita cannot pronounce 'jilbab'. The word that comes out of her mouth is always 'jiblab'.

"I can't. Well, 'jiblab' is indeed difficult to say," said Donita.

"Why 'jiblab'?" asked Desta briefly, which was met with laughter from the audience.

Donita apparently once got a script where she had to say the word 'jilbab' in a soap opera. However, because she couldn't, she ended up having to argue with the director about it.

"So at that time there was a director, Bang Ai Manaf, he was still insistent, 'You can definitely say jiblab'. I already said, 'Come on, change it to wear a headscarf, if not hijab'," Donita recalled.

After some investigation, it turns out that Donita has not been able to pronounce the word 'jilbab' since she was a child. However, when dictated slowly by Vincent and Desta, she can pronounce it correctly. Truly a unique and strange fact. :)
