The first wedding reception of Hotman Paris Hutapea's child was celebrated grandly. At the event of Fritz Hutapea and Chen Giovani, Hotman was said to have spent Rp5 billion for the receptions in Jakarta and Bali.

The wedding of Fritz Hutapea and Chen Giovani was successfully held in Jakarta on Saturday, September 16, 2023. This is one of the series of events for Hotman Paris' youngest child's wedding.
After holding a wedding blessing at the HKBP Rawamangun Church, the Hotman family held a reception at Balai Sudirman, Jakarta. They held a wedding ceremony with Batak customs.
The wedding procession of Fritz and Chen in Jakarta was fully conducted according to Batak customs. Special dancers were invited to perform at the reception, which invited 1,200 people.
During the reception in Jakarta, Hotman not only invited family members. He also invited politicians, ranging from Prabowo to Anies Baswedan.
Hotman also invited many conglomerates who have been his friends for a long time. It is from these conglomerates that Hotman received thick envelopes worth billions of rupiah.
Hotman does not deny that the cost of Fritz and Chen's reception reached Rp5 billion. However, he admitted to making a profit because there were two conglomerates who donated Rp1 billion. The biggest contributors were Tahir from Bank Mayapada and Prajogo Pangestu.
At this reception, Hotman also distributed souvenirs in the form of perfumes. Interestingly, all of these perfumes feature his own face, not the couple's.
During the reception in Jakarta, Hotman also invited famous artists to perform. One of them was Judika, Dewi Perssik, and Lea Simanjuntak.
