Vadel Badjideh Ready to be Summoned Regarding Nikita Mirzani's Report, Police Will Soon Send a Summons Letter

Vadel Badjideh claims he is ready if investigators call him for questioning regarding the report by Nikita Mirzani. This was stated by Razman Arif Nasution, the legal counsel for Vadel, when he visited the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"When will the summons letter arrive, and God willing, we are ready," said Razman Arif Nasution on Friday (20/9/2024).

Meanwhile, the South Jakarta Metro Police are still gathering evidence and examining witnesses. One of them is Lolly Meizani alias Lolly, who has undergone questioning after being picked up by Nikita at one of the apartments.

PLH Kasi Humas Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan AKP Nurma Dewi stated that her party will soon summon Vadel. However, it cannot yet confirm the timing.

"After the evidence is collected and witnesses are examined, the reported party will definitely be summoned to provide a statement as the reporting witness," said Nurma Dewi.

"Soon, the schedule is with the investigator," Nurma Dewi continued.

Nurma also discussed the possibility if Vadel does not cooperate or does not attend the summons. For sure, her party will first send a summons letter to Vadel if it is indeed the right time.

"We'll see later, what is clear is that we are sending a summons as a witness for the report," I said, Nurma.

As reported, Nikita Mirzani filed a police report against VA under articles related to the Child Protection Law, Health Law, and the Criminal Code. The case is still ongoing at the South Jakarta Metro Police.
