Kapanlagi.com - The family of Bibi Andriansyah supports the donation movement initiated by Marissya Icha, Vanessa Angel's friend, to buy a house for Gala Sky Andriansyah. In contrast to Bibi's family, Vanessa Angel's family is angry and disappointed with the plan.
"I am disappointed again. Now the fundraising for Gala is not involved, not informed, what is the purpose? Where is the good and bad," said Doddy Soedrajat, Vanessa Angel's late father in Jakarta, Saturday (27/11/2021).
Doddy said that even if he was involved, he would not approve of Marissya Icha raising funds, even though the funds are intended for the future of his grandchildren. Because, he feels that this method seems like begging in the name of his child and grandchildren.
"I am disappointed that there is no communication, no permission from me, suddenly (fundraising). It feels the same as begging for donations," he said.
He also compares it to his daughters, Chika and Mayang, whom he considers more elegant by releasing the song Kemarin by Seventeen.
"For me, I object to begging for donations for my granddaughter. It's better for Chika and Mayang to have a career. Moreover, they are trending (on Youtube). InshaAllah, part of the proceeds will be for Gala. If there are more, maybe Chika and Mayang will buy a house (for Gala). This is more elegant, not begging from people," he said.
Furthermore, Doddy emphasizes that his family is still able to finance Gala's needs without having to open donations.
"If they want to do that, go ahead. But Vanessa's family is really disappointed. Because it seems like begging, asking for things. I can still afford Gala even though my house is small. Rather than asking for donations from people," he said angrily.
As known, Marissyaa Icha plans to open a donation to fulfill Vanessa Angel and Bibi Andriansyah's dream of buying a house for Gala. Because the house they currently occupy is still under contract.
Marissya Icha's plan has received approval from Bibi Andriansyah's family. This is evidenced by her personal InstaStory post uploaded on Thursday (25/11/2022).
"Alhamdulillah, the family has agreed with the idea of friends to make a donation #yukbisabelirumahuntukgalayuk," wrote Marissya Icha.
