Verdict Hearing on Drug Abuse Case, Anji Receives 4 Months of Rehabilitation Sentence

Kapanlagi.com - Erdian Aji Prihartanto alias Anji underwent a verdict hearing for the drug abuse case. In the virtual hearing, Anji appeared healthy wearing a white shirt and a black hoodie. The singer of Dia was declared guilty and sentenced to 4 months of rehabilitation at RSKO Cibubur.

"Declares that the defendant Erdian Aji Prihartanto alias Anji has been proven to have committed a criminal act of illegally using class one narcotics for himself," said the Panel of Judges at the West Jakarta District Court on Monday (11/10).

"Imposes a punishment on the defendant Erdian Aji Prihartanto alias Anji by undergoing inpatient rehabilitation at the Cibubur Drug Dependency Hospital for four months, reduced by the period of arrest and the temporary rehabilitation period that has been undergone by the defendant," they added.

1. Anji Accepts Verdict

After reading the verdict, the Panel of Judges asked Anji if he objected to today's verdict and Anji accepted it.

"Anji, the panel imposes a sentence of rehabilitation on the defendant for four months. Do you accept it?" asked the Panel of Judges.

"I accept, Your Honor. Thank you, Your Honor," answered Anji while nodding.

Previously, the Public Prosecutor demanded that Anji be sentenced to five months of rehabilitation. In today's verdict hearing, the Public Prosecutor also accepted the decision of the Panel of Judges.

"If our benchmark is based solely on the analysis from the panel of judges. Meanwhile, the panel of judges decided on four months of rehabilitation," said Alif Maruszama, the Public Prosecutor who was met after the hearing.
