Vicky Prasetyo Reported for Defamation Accusations, Angel Lelga Evades Investigator's Summons

Kapanlagi.com - Angel Lelga is scheduled to undergo an examination today related to a report from Vicky Prasetyo's family. Angel Lelga is suspected of tarnishing the good name of her former husband's family.

However, Angel Lelga apparently skipped the initial summons from the investigators of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, on Friday (20/11). Machi Achmad, as Angel's legal representative, came to the Central Jakarta Metro Police to submit a request for rescheduling the summons for his client.

"Today, I am here representing my client to request a postponement of today's summons," said Machi.

The legal representative also stated that his client could not attend because she is currently in Malaysia for work-related matters. He emphasized that the summons for Angel Lelga's examination has been received since November 16, 2020.

"Yes, indeed we received the summons on November 16, 2020. But I have already informed the investigative team that it clashes with our client's schedule. Earlier, we have sent an official letter," he said.

2. Still a Witness Status

For now, Angel Lelga's status as a suspect is still declared as a witness and Angel is still waiting for rescheduling. In addition, Machi mentioned that Angel did not leave any message regarding this case with Vicky Prasetyo and will cooperate in the legal process.

"Still a witness status. (Rescheduling) I don't know yet. Well, we will convey and inform further. There is no message. We correspond officially and our client is cooperative, and we also follow the investigator team," he concluded.
