Vicky Prasetyo Undergoes BAP at Metro Bekasi Police Station for Three Hours

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Vicky Prasetyo accompanied by his lawyer, Sri Dharen, visited Metro Bekasi Police Station on Thursday (22/7). His visit was to comply with the police's summons for questioning. Kalina Ocktaranny's husband was asked for a statement regarding his report against Angel Lelga's sister.

"Actually, this case is already in the past. The report in 2019 at the Regional Police was only transferred to Bekasi Police Station," said Vicky Prasetyo at Metro Bekasi Police Station on Thursday (22/7) yesterday.

Actually, this is not a new case, Vicky had previously reported Angel Lelga to Metro Jaya Regional Police in 2019, but it is only being processed now. His lawyer, Sri Dharen, also explained the reason.

"We made this report in 2019, in April at Metro Regional Police, but it was only transferred here (Bekasi Police Station) due to busyness that did not match the time and agenda. So, only recently, we have time to follow up on this," said Sri Dharen.

Sri Dharen also added, "This is a report we made regarding article 27 paragraph 3, article 45 paragraph 3 of the Indonesian Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning ITE (Information and Electronic Transactions). So here we report two people, the reporter is Mr. Vicky. We are currently following up on the police investigation report (BAP), after this they will start calling witnesses from us and then continue with the reported party."

The problem started when Vicky Prasetyo ran as a legislative member in the 2019 election. At that time, Vicky conducted socialization through social media. From the post, Angel Lelga's younger sister is suspected of making comments that are considered inappropriate.

"Seeing this, there are several people who made comments that we think are not good and not appropriate at all for adults who understand the law. So one of them is Angel Lelga's sister, Vicky's ex-wife, and there is one more person that we have reported," he said.

"So because my client feels disturbed and harmed as a good citizen, he took legal action by making a police report," Sri Dharen concluded.

2. Angel Lelga Considers it a Bonus

Previously, Angel Lelga herself spoke out about the defamation case against Vicky. She admitted that she doesn't care how long the judge will sentence her ex-husband.

"No matter how long (Vicky is sentenced), I don't think about it anymore because when he was first taken and put in jail, for me, it became the answer that he is guilty. Meaning there is a punishment for his actions," said Angel Lelga when met in the Mampang area, South Jakarta, not long ago.

Angel Lelga also considers the prosecutor's demand for Vicky Prasetyo to be sentenced to 8 months in prison as a bonus for her patience in fighting to restore her good name against allegations of adultery.

"Now, if (Vicky Prasetyo) is sentenced for how long, it's no longer my concern. Because just one day in jail is enough, and I consider the prosecutor's demand of eight months as a bonus for my patience," she said.
