Kapanlagi.com - Sabda Gaung Muhammad's legal representative, better known as Gaga Muhammad, Fahmi Bachmid is ready to file an appeal to the Supreme Court regarding the court's verdict on a traffic accident case. As it is known, Gaga Muhammad was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison and fined Rp 10 million.
Gaga Muhammad was found guilty and negligent in driving, resulting in his then-girlfriend, Laura Anna, becoming paralyzed.
"If it concerns Gaga Muhammad, I will definitely file an appeal," said Fahmi when met at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (29/3/2022).
Gaga Muhammad's family is not satisfied with the verdict of the East Jakarta Court judges. Therefore, Gaga Muhammad's family has announced that they will appeal to the Supreme Court.
"For us, whatever the decision is, because we are seeking justice, we will agree with Gaga Muhammad's family and we will appeal until he gets justice in the highest judicial process, which is the Supreme Court," he said.

However, Fahmi Bachmid has not yet provided a definite statement regarding when the appeal will be filed. What is clear is that Fahmi has been instructed by Gaga Muhammad's family to file an appeal.
"When the appeal will be filed, I will let you know later. I will show the evidence of the appeal when I go to court. What is clear is that I have been ordered by Gaga's father, 'Brother, we will appeal.' Okay, I will file an appeal," he said.
Previously reported, this case started from Laura Anna's report of the accident she experienced with Gaga Muhammad on December 8, 2019. As a result of the accident, Laura Anna suffered from cervical vertebrae dislocation which caused her paralysis.
Meanwhile, Gaga as the driver only suffered minor injuries in several parts of his body, including his temple. Eventually, Gaga Muhammad was declared a suspect and his case began to be tried.
