Wardatina Mawa Denies Illegal Access Allegations from Inara Rusli, Grilled with 27 Questions

The heated feud between Wardatina Mawa and Inara Rusli is escalating with the ongoing legal process at the police. After Mawa previously reported allegations of adultery, it is now Mawa's turn to respond to a summons for examination at the Bareskrim Mabes Polri. This examination is related to the report filed by Inara Rusli regarding the alleged crime of illegal access.

Accompanied by her lawyer, Fedhli Faisal, Mawa underwent a lengthy examination. The question and answer process with the investigator lasted for approximately six hours, starting from 11:00 AM WIB until it concluded in the afternoon around 5:00 PM WIB.

"We started the examination at 11:00 AM and finished around 5:00 PM. In principle, all questions were answered cooperatively and the examination went very well. There were a total of about 27 questions from the investigator," said Fedhli Faisal when met after undergoing the examination at the National Police Headquarters, South Jakarta, Wednesday (04/03/2026).

This case began with Inara Rusli's accusation that Mawa had illegally accessed her personal data, particularly related to CCTV recordings that serve as evidence of alleged infidelity. However, Mawa's side strongly denied the accusation. Fedhli emphasized that his client never engaged in data breaches or instructed others to do so.

"In principle, this is related to illegal access, and we state that Mawa never had access to the CCTV, Mawa never instructed anyone else to access the CCTV, and Mawa also never took that CCTV access," explained Fedhli.

According to the statement from the legal team, Mawa only received information from others regarding the existence of evidence in the CCTV, and did not take it forcibly or illegally.

This clarification is expected to correct public perceptions and prove that Mawa is not involved in the alleged criminal actions.

"Mawa only received information from others regarding the existence of evidence in the CCTV, that’s it. So we emphasize that Mawa has no connection to the illegal access in this case," the lawyer asserted.
