Will Be Released in Early September, Saipul Jamil Reveals Wanting to Become a YouTuber

“Yes, it's true that he will be released on September 2nd,” said Hetty Herdianty when contacted on Sunday (22/8). Meanwhile, the family is still not willing to confirm Saipul Jamil's freedom. But the family said they are ready to welcome Saipul Jamil's arrival.

“Alhamdulillah, he is in good condition. Currently, we are preparing his house to welcome its owner,” said Samsul Hidayatullah, Saipul Jamil's brother when contacted via text message on Sunday (22/8).

Furthermore, Samsul Hidayatullah also stated that his younger brother wants to become a YouTuber after being released from prison. He advised his brother to create a YouTube channel. Various content has already been planned by the team.

"Yes (his own desire). Because there is a TV in the prison block. He just asked to create a YouTube account because he wants to try it out. In 2016, it wasn't a trend yet. (The content) will be vlog diary, sharing Insya Allah, pranks as well. There will also be a podcast, but Saipul is not interested yet. There will be challenges too, and the channel has been prepared," he explained.

2. Already Prepared a New Song

Not only wanting to become a YouTuber, Saipul Jamil also revealed that he is ready to work on his new songs. According to Samsul Hidayatullah, there have been several job offers coming in for Saipul Jamil.

"There are already two songs ready, but the ones to be released will be mellow songs. Alhamdulillah, there are job opportunities waiting for him and even political parties are showing interest," he concluded.

Saipul Jamil has been known to be imprisoned since 2016 for a molestation case. In addition to the molestation case, he was also involved in a bribery case with officials from the North Jakarta District Court for Rp 250 million.
