Witness Proves Angel Lelga's Guilt, Vicky Prasetyo: Thank God Allah Provides Guidance

Kapanlagi.com - The defamation trial against Angel Lelga conducted by Vicky Prasetyo was held again at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (18/3/2021). 

The trial was held with the agenda of hearing the factual testimony of Vicky's witness named Kartika. The woman was a former babysitter who had been employed by Angel for several days. According to her testimony, she confirmed that Angel Lelga and Fiki Alman spent the night together

"Alhamdulilah today Allah gave guidance and power by presenting testimony from a witness named Kartika who told me things that I never knew. I myself cannot conclude anything. But with the way she told the story, in a straightforward manner, describing that what I did at that time did happen (accusation of adultery)," Vicky said after the trial.

1. Sleeping in the Same Room with Fiki Alman

Vicky Prasetyo recounts what Kartika said in front of the judge. After the November 2018 raid, Fiki Alman came to stay overnight in the same room as Angel Lelga several times. Angel even had a special nickname for the soap opera actor Ikatan Cinta.

"I witnessed it directly from the babysitter who told me about the nickname (Angel calling Fiki) 'Bapak'. Then she asked to be woken up in the room, often visited not only as a guest but also stayed overnight. If we want to defend ourselves, from what I have stated, it seems like I am defending myself. But what others have said, this is the testimony of a factual witness, someone who was present during daily life or after the incident (the raid). If she worked in January, the situation was still that we were bound as husband and wife," Vicky continued.

2. Following the Course of the Trial

Now Vicky Prasetyo has entered into a marriage relationship with Kalina Ocktaranny. Although he still has to go through the trial process regarding his marriage with Angel Lelga, he will continue to follow all the processes until they are completed.

"Now the problem is only in the law. I will just follow it because in any case, I respect the court that has given permission to attend the trial with the status of suspension (detention)," said Vicky. [abs]
