In the courtroom, Yuyun Sukawati looked annoyed and kept shaking her head when Fajar Umbara's lawyer read the duplik. Unable to hold back, Yuyun's tears broke outside the trial.
Because in the duplik, Yuyun considered that Fajar had distorted the facts. Fajar Umbara still firmly stated that he did not commit acts of violence against HAW, Yuyun's biological child, on March 23, 2021.
"I am the one who is being victimized with my child. But Fajar keeps making up stories. He keeps denying even though he is in a guilty position," said Yuyun while sobbing.

Yuyun Sukawati actually wanted to hear Fajar Umbara in his last opportunity given by the Judges, making a statement of guilt and regret for his actions. However, what was heard instead was the arrogance of Fajar.
"I'm confused why during his time in prison he didn't want to introspect himself," said Yuyun.
In line with Yuyun, Lissa V, Yuyun's legal representative, also regrets Fajar Umbara's strategy of choosing to escape from the clutches of the law by distorting the facts. In fact, based on the facts presented in court and the available evidence, according to Lissa, Fajar should have realized that he would not escape punishment.
"It's really regrettable that he still denies it. Even though we have evidence of the assault against HAW," said Lissa while presenting the medical examination evidence and other evidence.
