The drug case involving Ridho Rhoma is still unresolved. The son of Marwah Ali and Rhoma Irama will serve the remaining eight months of his sentence starting Friday (12/7) tomorrow.

"The West Jakarta District Attorney's Office has issued a third summons. So on Friday, we will carry out the Cassation Decision. It is certain that on Friday, Ridho will be placed in Salemba Prison," said Ahmad Kholidin during a press conference in the Rasuna Said area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (10/7/2019).

With this news, Ridho Rhoma's side has decided to comply with the applicable law. However, they want to conduct a PK (Judicial Review) for their client's case.

"As legal advisors, we want a PK, because if we look at it from the Prosecutor's side, the Supreme Court has explained that as a user and victim, the threat of punishment is rehabilitation. However, because there is already a decision from the Supreme Court, we and the family will be present with Ridho and Haji Rhoma," he concluded.
