7 Portraits of Putra, Riau Province Ambassador in LIDA 2021 - Handsome Teenager who is Skilled in Traditional Dance and Always Gets the Highest Polling

He comes from Pulau Rangsang, Meranti Islands, Riau Province. According to Putra, the local residents there work as palm oil and rubber farmers as their livelihood.  

Father Putra is known to work as an employee on a speed boat ambulance. His duty is to transport patients from the Rangsang Islands to a larger hospital in the center of the District.

In front of Inul Daratista, Putra said that he is quite skilled in traditional dance. He demonstrated a movement in the Zapin Bengkalis dance. As reported by riau.go.id, this dance represents the inner face and cultural expression of the Riau community, which is rich in various values.

In the audition round, Putra performed the songs Sejuta Luka and Gulali. Both legendary songs witnessed Putra's advancement to the Top 70 round. He became one of the two ambassadors of Riau province alongside Farid Sonang Hasanah (Sonang).

In the Top 70 and Top 56 rounds, Putra consistently received the highest polling. Putra performed the song Citra Cinta in the Top 70 round and the song Dawai Asmara in the Top 56 round. 

In one occasion, this 17-year-old student admitted that this is his first experience in Jakarta and being far from his parents. He is very happy to represent the province of Riau in the LIDA 2021 event. 

Putra also has a fanbase account on Instagram that always supports his journey in the LIDA 2021 event. In addition, he has a personal Youtube channel that contains videos of him singing several songs.
