Ridwan Naibaho or known as Ridwan LIDA is a participant of the Indonesian Dangdut League in 2018. In this event, Ridwan successfully reached the top 4 and had the opportunity to represent Indonesia in the Dangdut Academy Asia in the same year. As the fourth child out of 4 siblings, he is known to be humble and not easily give up.

To Irfan, Ridwan said that his initial dream was actually to become a soldier in the Indonesian National Army (TNI). But God had other plans. Ridwan admitted that he had taken the TNI entrance exams three times, but none of them were successful.

Furthermore, Irfan revealed that Ridwan had once worked as a cleaning service at a hotel in Sibolga called Horas Hotel. This was confirmed by Ridwan himself.

Unexpectedly, Ridwan received a surprise from the creative team by bringing in the owner and his former colleagues from the hotel. Ridwan was very happy to receive the surprise.

The hotel owner revealed that one day he heard a melodious voice in the bathroom. He thought it was one of his hotel guests. But it turned out Ridwan was cleaning the bathroom while singing. Then he suggested Ridwan to audition for a singing contest to develop his talent.
