When examined, Nita Thalia's brain nerve damage condition had reached stage 4. This means that the disease could no longer be left untreated because it was already severe.
Although her illness is considered severe, Nita is grateful because she can still carry out activities as usual.
"The doctor said, 'Yes, it's already level four, just like your mother, can't walk, can't see.' The doctor said it's a miracle that your mother can still (see and walk) like that," Nita said.
Nita Thalia then underwent treatment in Singapore for 6 months in order to recover. Slowly but surely, her condition is gradually improving.
