Dangdut singer Lesti Kejora realizes that her career in the world of singing doesn't always go smoothly. As a woman who is used to working, this mother of one always looks for opportunities to be productive and earn money.
However, Lesti admitted to being grateful for having a responsible husband, Rizky Billar. Because, her husband already has a long projection for the business they are building together.
"There are other plans that brother Billar has arranged neatly for 2024," said Lesti Kejora when met in the Sawangan area, Depok, West Java, not long ago.
Lesti Kejora herself is grateful, at the end of 2023, she can realize her long-standing desires. This is collaborating with a Muslim fashion brand for women, namely Nobby.
"Yes, this (collaboration) is one of the wishes that can be said to be answered by Allah. MashaAllah, everything has been planned by Allah," said Lesti Kejora.
One of the things that makes Lesti Kejora want to collaborate is the business owner, Unilahwati, because they were both born in the land of Sunda. Lesti Kejora has also long wanted to design a Muslim fashion and finally it can be realized through Nobby x Lesti: Exclusive Launching Djoura Collection.
That's why, when offered by Nobby to be involved in the newly inaugurated Djoura Collection, without thinking twice, Lesti Kejora immediately accepted the offer.
"How about it, because we are both Sundanese, and then she told me before inviting me to collaborate that her career journey was almost similar to Dede's," explained Lesti Kejora. "If Teh Uun used to go from bazaar to bazaar, and Dede went from stage to stage, finally Dede said, okay, thank you for involving the collaboration with Nobby," Lesti Kejora concluded.
