Now, Meli has become a famous dangdut singer. Although she is still young, her name is already on par with the top dangdut singers in the country. She was even selected as Indonesia's representative to participate in the biggest dangdut competition in Asia, namely Dangdut Academy Asia 6.

"Melly wants to prove that not all dangdut singers are like that. Dangdut singers also have extraordinary achievements, unlike what they think," she said. She admitted that she is happy, now there are many dangdut competitions that provide opportunities for people to prove themselves. She explained that dangdut is currently very cool.
