Soimah is using her land to build a cafe as a business. The cafe she built will be managed by her child.
In addition, Soimah was also stressed about her child who did not want to continue college after graduating from high school.
"It's not a house, it's a cafe that I'm building for my child. I was stressed because my artist child refused to go to college," said Soimah when met in the Gatot Subroto area, South Jakarta not long ago.
On the other hand, Soimah also tried to persuade her child to continue their education. However, it was in vain.
Despite experiencing stress and persuading her child to go to college, Soimah has now opened the cafe to support her child's aspirations.
"Yes, but if the child doesn't want to, and the mother didn't finish college, and he likes to work and sell things. Well, his dream is to become an entrepreneur, I have an empty land, so it's being worked on, it's still in the process now," she said.
In addition, Soimah also admitted that she is actually a strict mother. However, she doesn't always scold her two children if they don't agree with her.
"I have to observe, even though I'm strict, I have to see my child's character. When my child can't be strict, I have to look at my child's situation and condition," she explained.
