Since the day before, Ayu admitted that she had difficulty preparing for the family tradition. This is because the singer is still busy with work matters.
"It's really different without my parents. Usually, when my father and mother are around, we would buy night-blooming jasmine flowers the night before, but yesterday I couldn't find them. And usually in the afternoon, my mother would already be cooking in the kitchen, but yesterday it was my father's relative who cooked. Even though they are not here, the tradition continues," Ayu said at her residence in Depok, West Java, Monday (17/6/2024).

Like in previous years, Ayu Ting Ting performed the Salat Idul Adha with her child and sister. She admitted that this time she arrived at the mosque on time because usually it is the parents who make them late.
"Alhamdulillah today's Salat Idul Adha, even though not with father and mother. We were able to pray earlier. Usually we leave the gate at half past six, so you know who causes the delay, right? Yes, it's true, father and mother," said Ayu.

Ayu Ting Ting said that Umi Kalsum called at four in the morning. She was surprised to see her children ready to go to the mosque.
"Earlier, she woke us up at four in the morning and said, 'Don't be late in waking up.' She's afraid her children might be slow. When she saw that we were already dressed neatly, she said, 'Why is it unusual that there is no mother and father, but you all are already dressed neatly.' Well, we have to be responsible," Ayu added.
