After Being Interrogated by the Police, Lia Ladysta Wants to Meet Syahrini Directly

Kapanlagi.com - The problem of Lia Ladysta with Syahrini has now entered the second examination stage. Yesterday, Wednesday, (10/6) the personnel of Tiga Serigala fulfilled the police summons regarding the case reported by Syahrini.

The investigators asked Lia about 20 questions and she answered them smoothly. After the examination, Lia's legal counsel explained the results of the investigation, stating that her client had never attacked or offended someone's honor.

"(The questions were) like, whether distributing, who uploaded it. Whether intentionally bringing journalists to attack someone's good name. No. Just like that, simple because they have studied it. The answers were simple, yes and no, and explaining the chronology. Alhamdulillah it went smoothly," explained Lia.

1. One Year Ago

When receiving a call from the police, Lia was surprised because this problem happened a year ago. Many journalists asked her directly, but she chose to remain silent because she was afraid of saying the wrong thing.

After teaming up with a lawyer, she finally gave a statement to the media. Andro Manurung, Lia's lawyer, explained a little about the issues experienced by his client.

"Let me explain. There were two conversation videos. First, the video from Eminensi, which we have already conveyed, our client did not have any intention to accuse or distribute. And it was also conveyed that after the initial video, it was not uploaded by our client. Second, the Pagi-Pagi Pasti Happy case. Our client was seen in the video answering questions. Even the questions given to our client that were leading (to Syahrini), our client rejected them so that it wouldn't lead there," explained Andro.

2. Syahrini Has Not Contacted Lia Ladysta

It has been a year since Syahrini reported Lia Ladysta to the Jakarta Metro Police. However, until the police investigated the report, Syahrini has not contacted Lia. The same goes for Lia.

Lia chose to resolve the issue legally with the help of a lawyer. Andro also mentioned that his client did not seek a peaceful resolution because she feels she is not guilty.

"So, if it is said to make peace, what kind of peace? If an apology is requested, it has already been conveyed. Basically, if we make peace, it means we are at fault. We can see in the first and second videos that no one mentions anyone's name. Even our client congratulated someone who just got married, is that not enough? It means there is no intention. The intention is just to express an opinion," he explained.

3. Want to Meet Directly

Lia herself admits that she does not personally know the owner of the song Sesuatu itu. However, she and her lawyer want to meet Syahrini directly. They hope that Syahrini can open the door to speak directly.

"We are open. We are in the same profession, let's talk nicely. But we will wait. We are ready whenever invited to talk. If we hope, as our legal counsel and our client, we sit together. We hope the accuser will open the door for our client.
Our client has never offended anyone. We emphasize that," said Leo Situmorang, Lia's lawyer.
