After Saying Divorce, Jenita Janet's Husband Immediately Leaves Home

Alief Hedy Nurmaulid, resumed today, Tuesday (1/21) at the Bekasi Religious Court, West Java.

In this session, Alief, who was unable to attend, had to be represented by his legal representative, Marloncius Sihaloho. After the trial, Marloncius Sihaloho said that this divorce actually should not have happened. 

1. Divorce Because of Compulsion

According to his lawyer, Alief felt compelled when he had to give a divorce to Jenita Janet. This was due to Jenita's tendency to hurt herself, and Alief was eventually forced to say the first divorce.

"Mr. Alief said it very reluctantly, even though Mr. Alief wanted to say divorce 1," said Marloncius Sihaloho, when met at the Bekasi Religious Court, West Java, on Tuesday (21/1).

2. Alief Immediately Leaves the House

Marloncius Sihaloho said that after saying the first divorce to Jenita Janet, Alief immediately left the house. After the incident, Alief was surprised when he received a summons for the divorce lawsuit from Jenita Janet.

"Basically, since the incident, Mr. Alief said divorce under compulsion, Mr. Alief immediately left the house in Pura Melati," he explained.

"And Mr. Alief hoped that it could be discussed within the family. Suddenly, he received a summons for the trial. The power of attorney lawsuit letter was dated December 3, 2019," he added.
