Despite not winning 1st place, the daughter of Abdul Rojak was still satisfied even though she only became the 2nd place winner. Ayu remained cheerful and not saddened.

"Earlier, there was a fishing competition with eels. I won 2nd place in the hat hook category, and 3rd place in the eel category," Ayu said when met at her residence in Depok, West Java, on Thursday (17/8/2023).

After the prizes were given to the winners by the competition committee, Ayu immediately opened the prize from the eel catching competition. The 31-year-old woman was shocked after opening the prize, it turned out to be men's underwear.

"Yes, that's wrong. It's for men. We are women here, so it's the wrong gift. Never mind, I'll give it to Firman," said Ayu.

Ayu considered the gift of men's underwear as a sign for her to find a father for her only child, Bilqis Khumairah Razak.

"Maybe I'm being told to find a man," said Ayu.

Apart from that, Ayu admitted that she was happy because this was the first time the celebration of the Indonesian Independence Day could be celebrated with various competitions like before.

"It's really fun, like every year. Because last time, due to Covid, we celebrated it at home, but now we can gather with the community," Ayu concluded.
