Bekasi PA Judge Retires, Gono Gini Property Verdict Hearing for Jenita Janet and Alief Postponed

Kapanlagi.com - The verdict hearing regarding the Gono Gini property of artist Jenita Janet and her ex-husband, Alief Hedy Nurmaulid, which was supposed to be held today at the Bekasi Religious Court, Tuesday (28/9/2021), had to be postponed.

According to Jenita Janet's lawyer, Yopi, the judge handling the Gono Gini case of Jenita Janet and Alief retired.

"The reading of the Gono Gini lawsuit verdict should have been postponed only because the presiding judge handling this case retired, so there was a replacement, a new replacement yesterday. So it's not ready yet," said Yopi at the Bekasi Religious Court, Tuesday (28/9/2021).

Therefore, Yopi said that the verdict hearing will be held again on Wednesday, October 6, 2021.

"The verdict hearing will be held on October 6," he added.

1. Optimistic about Winning the Gono Gini Assets

As the legal representative, Yopi is very optimistic about winning the Gono Gini assets trial. Considering that the evidence provided by Alief in the trial cannot be proven. Meanwhile, the evidence provided by Jenita Janet has been fully proven.

"Yes, we are very optimistic, first we look at the evidence. At the third hearing in Bandung, first and second, we presented them, at the third hearing, the plaintiff's legal representative was late. The Harley motorcycle could not be presented," he said.

"Meanwhile, we (Jenita Janet) have the car, Civic, Alphard, everything. But at the time the Harley motorcycle could not be presented. Actually, it's also a question, included in the lawsuit but not presented," he concluded.

Previously, Alief sued for the Gono Gini assets after officially divorcing Jenita Janet. In his lawsuit, Alief requested that the assets currently owned by his ex-wife be divided in half.

Some of these assets include a house in Gading Serpong, a house in Jatirahayu, an apartment unit in Pasteur, Bandung. There is also a Toyota Alphard car, a Honda Civic, and a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
