Kapanlagi.com - Singer Cita Citata has just released a new song titled Tak Sempurna. According to Cita, this new song tells the sad story of a woman with disabilities.
"When Cita was talking to the songwriter, she said she was inspired by a woman with disabilities. She was left by her partner because of imperfections," said Cita Citata in Jakarta, Thursday (18/11/2021).
During the recording process, Cita admitted that she deeply felt every lyric. This is because she has a sibling who is also a person with disabilities.
"Cita's eldest sibling has a disability because at that time she had a fever and couldn't walk," she said.
Cita hopes that this meaningful song Tak Sempurna can be beneficial to the listeners.
"This has a meaning. Hopefully, this song can be useful in teaching how to love oneself and others selflessly," she said.
The song Tak Sempurna is Cita Citata's debut work that is not in the dangdut genre. The song was composed and arranged by a music arranger named Pradea.
