Doesn't Want to Rush About a Partner, Wika Salim Traumatized by Widow Status

Kapanlagi.com - After officially divorcing Candra Permana in May 2018, until now Wika Salim still seems to be comfortable with her singleness. Met in the Mampang area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (15/1), Wika admitted that she doesn't want to rush getting a partner.

The reason is simply because she still feels traumatized by her widow status. "If you say traumatized, yes I am somewhat traumatized. Don't want to be a widow twice, God forbid. That's why I am more cautious and don't want to rush," she said.

She herself doesn't try to set a specific target for when she will remarry. "No target. But if I want to have a partner, of course," Wika continued.

1. Parents Already Want Grandchildren

The urge to get married soon actually also comes from her family. Especially her mother has started mentioning the presence of grandchildren that she has been longing for.

"Yes, the family is talkative. 'Come on, mom wants to have grandchildren from Wika'. Well, making a child is not like making a cake, it takes patience," she explained.

Although she wants grandchildren from Wika, this 27-year-old woman said that she has never been arranged with anyone. "No (arranged marriage). As for the family, no, they just support," Wika firmly said.

2. Denies Being Close with Gofar

Wika Salim was rumored to be close with several men, from Gofar Hilman to Chand Kelvin. However, Wika denies having a special relationship.

"Oh, Gofar already has a girlfriend. No, with Gofar, we're just friends," said Wika.
