Found Dead in a Supine Position, This Dangdut Singer Was Found Dead at Home

Kapanlagi.com - Nuryati, a dangdut singer in Lamongan, East Java, was found dead at her home on Thursday (9/4). Her husband, Dafit, was the first person to find Nurhayati lying lifeless in the kitchen of their house.

Dafit, who arrived home around 18:30 WIB, called out to his wife but received no response. He was shocked when he saw his wife lying supine in the kitchen.

He then asked for help from two of their neighbors. They confirmed that Nurhayati had passed away.

The incident experienced by Nurhayati was then reported to the Tikung Police Station. After receiving the report, that same evening the Inafis team from the Lamongan Police arrived at Nurhayati's house in Tambakrigadung Village, Tikung District.

The victim was then evacuated and taken to RSUD dr. Soegiri for a post-mortem examination. According to Tribunnews, Nurhayati was known to have a history of low blood pressure.

"According to the family's statement, the victim had a history of low blood pressure and it is possible that she fell in the kitchen while cooking," said the Tikung Police Chief, Iptu Bambang MB.

2. No Signs of Violence

According to the results of the examination by RSUD dr Soegiri, there are no signs of violence on the victim's body. Nurhayati's mother told the police that before she was found dead, the victim was busy cooking in the kitchen.

The name Nurhayati is quite popular in the world of dangdut music, especially in the Lamongan area. She often sings from stage to stage. Including at the wedding parties held by the residents.
