Getting to Know Karlie Fu, a Single Father Who Married Ikke Nurjanah

The wedding of Ikke Nurjanah and Karlie Fu was held at a hotel in the Cawang area, East Jakarta on January 29, 2021. They held a simple wedding ceremony. Several artist friends were present, including dangdut singer Gebby Parera.

"Ikke is like a sister to me, like my own older sister. It's been a long time being alone, Alhamdulillah Allah gave her a partner, she must be happy, I was the wedding organizer and my husband was the witness," said Gebby Parera when contacted by Kapanlagi.com, Friday (5/2/2021).

According to Gebby, before getting married, Ikke Nurjanah often confided in her about Karlie. As a friend, she supported Ikke's relationship with Karlie Fu.

"Their meeting was very brief, just getting to know each other through the cycling community. Mas Karlie is a widower with one child. A widower met a widow. Me, Mbak Cici (Paramida), and Ratna Anjani as friends fully supported it when two adults met, especially as Muslims, it should be expedited, so we kept pushing, Alhamdulillah everything was made easy, smooth. Even though it was short, they love and understand each other," she said.

Gebby said that Karlie Fu is a businessman in the entertainment industry.

"The figure of Mr. Karlie that I know is still involved in the entertainment industry, more towards Event Organizer (EO) and artist management. Well, his profession is not far from Kak Ikke's," he said.

According to Gebby Parera, Karlie Fu is younger than Ikke Nurjanah. However, not too far apart. He also denied the rumors about Ikke marrying a younger man.

"Karlie is a few years younger than Kak Ikke. But not too far. He is not a younger man, it's made up by the person who wrote that Karlie is a younger man, there is a 16-year age gap. Both of them look young because they have baby faces," he concluded.
