Kapanlagi.com - Via Vallen has just experienced a fire accident at her home in Sidoarjo, East Java. Her personal car that she usually uses for travel and work was burned by an unknown person on Monday (29/6/2020).

And at the moment, the suspect who is suspected of having a mental disorder has been arrested by the local police. Several pieces of evidence were found in the suspect's bag, such as a bottle of gasoline-scented mineral water, yellow bamboo, jenglot (a supernatural doll), and several other ritual tools.

Many netizens believe that Via Vallen intentionally burned her own car just for insurance. Trying to stay calm about the accusation, Via said that her car insurance has already expired. So it's impossible for her to claim it and get a new car.

"For those who have been suspicious and said this is a setup and others, my car insurance has expired for a month and has not been renewed. So there's no such thing as claiming it and getting a new car. I hope those who like to suspect can think more positively about other people's misfortunes," she said.

Via Vallen then commented on several news articles that seemed to manipulate the opinion that Via Vallen's family also made mistakes.

"In the media, they write titles about the perpetrator being hurt because they were called dirty and shabby by one of my family members? By Allah, not a single member of my family has ever said that," she said.

"The perpetrator, from the beginning, gave unclear answers during police interrogation, but why are they believed? And the motive, which may not even be true, is being exaggerated and made into news headlines," she emphasized.
