House Installment of 250 Million per Month Paid Off, Iis Dahlia Plans Year-End Vacation to Europe

Kapanlagi.com - Dangdut singer Iis Dahlia is grateful that her monthly house installment, which amounts to Rp 250 million, is finally paid off. In recent years, the 51-year-old woman was worried that she couldn't pay the monthly installment for her house.

"Covid made me nervous, but thankfully the mortgage is over Alhamdulillah," said Iis Dahlia when met in the area of Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta, Friday (8/12/2023).

The mother of Devano Danendra still remembers clearly that every 20th of the month is the time when she feels nervous because it's the due date for the house payment. However, now she can breathe a sigh of relief after finally being able to pay off her house earlier than the predetermined time.

"Every 20th, I used to feel nervous, but not anymore," she said.

1. Direct Flight to Europe

Because she no longer has major responsibilities, Iis Dahlia plans to spend her New Year's vacation. Not half-hearted, the mother of two children will fly to Europe.

"That's why I'm going far for the year-end vacation, I want to go to London and its surroundings," she concluded.

2. Five-Year Installment

As it is known, Iis Dahlia bought a house with installments of Rp 250 million per month. Originally, the installments were supposed to be for a period of five years, but Iis Dahlia decided to pay it off immediately.

Iis Dahlia's purchased house is certainly luxurious, with a swimming pool and a private salon inside. From the news circulating, the total amount that Iis Dahlia has to pay is estimated at Rp 30 billion.
