Inul Sista tells the story of Inul (Inul Daratista), a young beautiful maid who works in the house of a wealthy family, a successful businessman couple, Juragan Koswara (Joe Project), husbands who are afraid of their wives & Buragan Karina (Eva Yolanda) who live glamorous lives and love to gossip.
Juragan Koswara has two children, Diffie (Dicky Diffie), an unemployed man who likes Inul, and Elsa (Ghea Youbi), a student who likes the family driver, Naga (Renaga Tahier). Juragan Koswara wants his children to be as successful as him, but Diffie and Elsa have not been able to become what is expected and seem to rely too much on their wealth.
Not only Diffie likes Inul, but other men in the environment where she works, from gardeners, drivers, and even Juragan Koswara, are competing for her attention. However, Inul only uses them all for her own interests, because Inul is only interested in Adam (Adam Suseno), the new security guard at Juragan Koswara's house.
