Husband Wants to Save the Marriage, Jenita Janet Cries Still Wants to Divorce

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial of Jeni Juliana alias Jenita Janet and her husband, Alief Hedy Nurmaulid, was held again at the Bekasi Religious Court on Tuesday (7/1/2020). Similar to before, this trial is scheduled for mediation.

Both Jenita Janet and Alief Hedy Nurmaulid attended the trial, which had been held twice before. The singer of the song Direject Aja was accompanied by her legal team. Meanwhile, Hedy Nurmaulid came alone, without being accompanied by a legal team.

Jenita Janet arrived first and entered the courtroom. Wearing a pink outfit, Jenita Janet appeared calmer to go through the trial. While waiting for her husband, Alief Hedy Nurmaulid, Jenita Janet was asked by the presiding judge.

"How are you, healthy? Did you celebrate New Year?" the Chief Judge asked Jenita Janet. "Fresh, quite good," answered Jenita Janet.

"Where is your husband?" he asked again. "He's supposed to have arrived, maybe downstairs," answered Jenita Janet.

1. No Meeting Point Yet

After a short wait, Alief Hedy Nurmaulid entered the courtroom. Alief Hedy Nurmaulid was very relaxed, wearing jeans and a long gray t-shirt with striped sleeves, and sat directly beside Jenita Janet.

The divorce trial of Jenita Janet and Alief Hedy Nurmaulid was held privately. However, shortly after the trial began, they both left and went straight to the mediation room. Jenita Janet and Alief Hedy Nurmaulid spent approximately two hours in the mediation room. Unfortunately, no meeting point was found.

"Well, it is still the same, no meeting point yet. Let's just pray, hopefully in the future there will still be a chance for us to express what we have to say through the mediation," said Alief Hedy Nurmaulid after the mediation.

2. Still Holding On

According to Alief Hedy Nurmaulid, the issue of his divorce with Jenita Janet is not a big problem, just a difference in principles. "Actually, it's not a big problem, it's just about principles. How we communicate with our partner, how we correct our partner, simple things like that," he said.

Alief Hedy Nurmaulid himself admitted that he is still trying to maintain his marriage. Moreover, there are many memories that cannot be forgotten when building a household together with Jenita Janet.

"Yes, I mean I never forget the history, we built it together, from scratch even from negative. This is about who accompanies us when we are down and struggling. I never left her," he said.

"But maybe because we are both busy, I mean Janet is also a public figure so she might have a high level of stress. So simple problems become bigger," he added.

3. Jenita Janet Still Wants a Divorce

Meanwhile, Jenita Janet cried incessantly after finishing the mediation. She still wants to divorce Alief Hedy Nurmaulid. Although her husband himself tried to save the marriage that had been built for nine years.

"I've said it before, I can't continue this marriage. I have to be firm. I'm a woman, but I'm demanded to be strong for a better life. It doesn't mean I forget his history. I've had enough turmoil in my heart. He's not evil, he's not a bad person," Jenita Janet concluded.
