"I can't be made up by others. Even when shooting, I do my own makeup," explained Iis Dahlia when met at Studio Trans7, Warung Buncit, South Jakarta recently.

"I really can't do anything strange, so it turns out weird. Makeup shouldn't be heavy. I already have a mustache, if I wear heavy makeup, I look like a drag queen," she added.

"I know the contours of my face. So I just use powder, wear eyelashes, use lipstick," asserted the mother of actor Devano Danendra.

Interestingly, to maintain her appearance at all times, Iis Dahlia always carries a toothpick. "When eating, I’m afraid there might be something stuck. During shooting, our cameras are now, on TV, from the right, left, front, back. If suddenly there’s chili here, oh dear," she concluded.
