In Order to Obtain Allah's Blessings, Dangdut Singer Tera Hijrah Becomes a Religious Singer

Kapanlagi.com - Tera Rostiana, or commonly known as Tera, started her music career as a Dangdut singer. She admitted that being a Dangdut singer was full of worldly temptations. In short, now in order to obtain Allah's blessings, Tera, who doesn't want to stop being a singer, is trying to transition into a religious singer.

"I have received guidance and it should be appreciated. One of the ways I can continue to glorify is through reciting sholawat and religious poems," she said.

Tera's debut religious song titled Assalamu'alaik. A single that revolves around the love and longing of the people for the Prophet Muhammad. The song was created by Ais Al Habsy, who often composes songs for Hadad Alwi.

“Alhamdulillah, the process of making this song was also assisted by Anwar Fauzi as the composer and vocal director. So the production process went smoothly,” said Tera when asked about the production process of the song Assalamu'alaik.

2. Receiving Support from the Community

Tera hopes that her choice to become a religious singer receives support from the community. She also hopes that through Islamic-themed songs, she can contribute to spreading goodness.

“I hope that through the song Assalamu'alaik, more and more people will also send blessings and honor the greatness of the Prophet Muhammad,” said Tera.
